    "In stock item"...nope, not in stock. Was told item coming from warehouse in 5-7 days. After waiting 7 days, requested refund. 2 hours later USPS had my item and it was on its way!!!! Nope, delivered to a different address and different name in my zip code per USPS investigation. Shady business practices, false tracking numbers provided to buyers. Refunded by Ebay, not the seller. **AVOID THIS SELLER** **FRAUDULENT SELLER** **BUYER BEWARE**

    As stated battery was in stock. Shipped out of secondary warehouse. This was communicated prior to shipping. Shipping label created based on address provided through Ebay. Line per line. We do not have control of the package once it is handed to USPS. We are sorry you did not receive your order, but Ebay decided we folllowed the proper procedures and was not at fault for this issue and provided you your refund.

    I had some issues with shipping and seller was very responsive. He even issued a partial rebate so I was surprised when he also delivered the missing items to me! Highly recommend this seller. Excellent customer service.
