    The seller dispatched the item very quickly, and it was well packaged when it arrived, just a day or so after ordering. The item was in perfect condition, described as new and certainly was. No instructions how to fit it but this is standard with these things and there are plenty of videos on the net that show you how to fit it. Overall very pleased with the seller and the goods. Got my Garmin back working for a fraction of the price of buying a new navigation device. Highly recommend the seller

    Sent my ford APIM and was returned quickly and all updated to latest software and fixed my black screen of death. Great service, communication and further support to get everything working. Ford wanted nearly £800 to get it working!!!

    After a lot of asking I was still sent the wrong item which was very annoying as I had already booked the electrician ready to change the screen,I told seller it was wrong got no help all he said was which one was sent so i told him got no reply what so ever terrible communication after his got your money ,I would aviod this seller as he doesn't seem to be bothered .At least I got a refund after I sent it back
