  Seller had sent the wrong item. I requested to return the item for a refund. They ended up just refunding me instead. Just note that the dark brown color is out of stock so don't order that.

  Part trash. Dint fit even after giving seller all information requested. Material trash. In box bent on arrival. Seller is trash. Tried to refund me 40 dollars and wanted me to pay fees for another one to be fully sent. Disgusted with trying to further work anything.

  My products are not garbage, we helped the buyer solve the problem by sending a new set, but the buyer gave this kind of Negative feedback before the new item arrived. It's not fair to the seller.

  I had a great experience with this seller... the product arrived MUCH faster than expected (Thailand to Ohio in 3 days?!) and it's in great shape! The instrument is a gift and and the receiver loves it.
