  Great customer service. I had ordered a set of washers (front) not knowing there were washers on the back side. The seller contacted me to ensure I didn't miss those and worked with me to send the other side out. We ended up talking some and got to know that he specializes on Aston repairs! Very knowledgable and amazing to work with. Fast shipping, and great price. Packaging was in bubble wrap to protect content and was as described. Thanks for an easy transaction.

  Possibly the item is fine, but it arrived with dead batteries. The seller was quick to respond when I reproted that it wouldn't turn on--told me he tested others and saw all had the same problem. Immediately refunded my money, and told me to keep the tracker--even advised if I wanted to get batteries (told me what kind) it would probably work. Perfect handling of an otherwise disappointing situation. I'd buy from this seller again.
