  The price was good value for money , only draw back is that I had to contact the seller when it was reported received not arrived. I sent two emails stating that I had checked outside bins etc and it was nowhere to be found; and the response was not nonchalant. I was going to escalate it to Paypal, and then found out that it had been delivered to the billing address. Would not use this seller again, as it shows, if there was a problem they would not be interested.

  After a week delivery was put back further to 10 days when it actually arrived. The product was exactly as described and at a fair price. I have no negatives regarding the actual item, my only gripe was the delivery time. Snail Mail lives up to it's reputation.

  I haven’t opened or used the item yet, but the seller has been very supportive throughout. My original parcel was lost by Royal Mail, and when I requested a tracked replacement, it was sent promptly and arrived quickly. Excellent communication and service.

  Was unsure which type /style of bracket was required, this seller had the matching codes for said item. It arrived 2 days after & I immediately tried it the machine & it fits PERFECTLY Slightly more expensive than others I’d viewed, but it was the description that got my attention & decision to purchase.   Arrived promptly and well packaged. My only quibble is that this is not the item pictured - the listing has a picture of the original Siemens/Neff/Bosch dispenser unit but this is an aftermarket version. It works but the electrical connection for rinse aid dispenser is not present. Had I realised I was not buying the item pictured, I could have bought this alternative from other sellers on eBay for less. Pictures attached.
