    My order came quickly, and although I received an email from the post office saying it had been delivered, apparently it got delivered to the wrong house. I waited a week in case the person who actually received it would be honest and drop it off by my house, but that didn't happen. I contacted the seller, who apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a refund or a replacement, and I chose a replacement. It came the next day, which amazed me! I am a very happy customer! A+++ seller

    The item is fine, and communication with the seller was excellent, even while he away away. But once again I have to take exception to eBay's occasional practice of marking an item as delivered when it has not been -- for example, handed over to another carrier. This has now happened to me at least twice. If I'm told an item has been delivered and it has not, I have to assume it's been misdelivered or stolen, and chase it down. eBay, stop.

    I never received product. Contacted seller and was refunded the next day. I sorry the shipping didn’t work out for me but the seller was 100% fantastic!!!!! Would recommend seller!!!!!!!

    Please note that I am leaving this positive feedback in praise for how the seller handled the issue that occurred. The item never arrived, although tracking reported that it had. I notified the seller that there was an issue but that I did not hold the seller responsible because I felt that they had done their part. My goal was to contact USPS instead. The seller investigated for me and learned that the item was lost in transit and then refunded my money. It was honorable but not necessary. A+++
