  Seller contacted me before shipping with the update that the item was damaged before it was packaged for delivery. Seller gave me options for refund or to send alternate similar item. I appreciated the seller being proactive with contact, providing options, and quickly taking action once option was confirmed. Although I ultimately did not receive an item, the overall transaction and communication was still very good. I would certainly purchase from this trustworthy seller.

  Item as described with many cards still wrapped. Even though the container was used, it could have been wiped down better. It looked pretty dirty when I saw it up close. Everything else was good. The shipping cost was good, it was just hard to track. It moved through the postal service very slowly.
