  OK, first of all, the item (hp power supply) was pretty much as described (some funky white (water soluble) “splash” on the side, but “probably” OK). No issues there. But the packaging. OMG. I’m pretty sure the power supply would have survived atmospheric re-entry. Shipping may seem expensive, but this thing is heavy, and there was sufficient heavy-duty bubble wrap to have kept the Bismarck from sinking. All happy on this end — Thanks!!! Would do again. (Purchase price was worth BubW!)

  The packaging of these two instruments was phenomenal. Better than most manufacturers. I had an issue with the delivered instrument but the issue was resolved quickly and professional. I hope to buy more from these guys.

  You need to buy from this seller! Not only was my Agilent 3610A Power Supply fully functional as measured in my lab (I am an EE so was able to test), cosmetically clean, but it was wrapped in an ESD bag and double boxed. Amazing experience. They shipped it Fedex 3 day so I got it quickly. Thank you!!!
