I received my crystals carefully packed in a box labelled 'Fragile' to ensure they made it safely. Some of the crystals were upgraded to larger ones. They are all beautiful. Included was a gratitude gift in the form of a Jasper Brecciated with striking hues of red, salt to clean the crystals and a lovely scented tiger, along with a crystal guide, I am grateful for all this care put in the order, Pangie went above and beyond.
