The seller sent replacement legs really quickly, however the same problem occurred (likely a mismatch of batches). Seller arranged prompt collection of the item and issued a refund. So although the product wasn’t as desired this time, the seller did everything to try and rectify the problem. Good fast communication and therefore giving a high star rating even though the chair got returned.
