  Item was exactly as described, arrived very quickly after being dispatched. This item was forgotten when my order shipped, but they were really quick to send it and give me a tracking once i pointed out it was missing and wasnt on the packing slip. Mistakes happen, but this one was quickly handled so nothing to worry about. Everything in great condition, and well packaged. Great little business for jewelry making.

  You cannot trust, the worst seller. This chain is not 2mm, it is 1.5mm!They advertise with a false description and then send you whatever they want. I wouldn't have bought if it was 1.5mm because my jump rings wont fit. I claimed the misleading description (on which I made my purchase) and the seller simply gaslighted me that the measurement was an approximation. I paid $5 for a late shipping, total of $25 and the seller offered $9 refund. Seller robbed, disrespected costumer. Horrible service!

  Please noted , bead size 2mm, the wide is for this bead of the largest wide size, mean the bail of the chain need be more than 2 mm can be fited (get through). not mean the chain 2mm. we never write the size for the Chain but as you can see, the 2mm beads are wider than the Chain, then the chain should not be 2mm
