    Really bad delivery service. On my first attempt to order the item never arrived and I had to ask for a refund. On my second attempt the item was never delivered & I was given the weak excuse that there was a 'problem' with my delivery address! This despite the fact I have been an eBay customer for many years without this problem ever occurring before. When I replied to them, asking what the problem was they simply never replied. I DO NOT recommend this company :(

    Arrived in a spray bottle. Which was broken . I was expecting a bottle as advertised. Royal Mail had put it in a plastic bag . The contents were in the plastic bag.
