    Great service! Thought I would have to spend several hundred or thousand dollars to either replace the base or the whole bed but this guy manged to get my remote working for around $50. Communication was very good, looked at the pics I sent and he let me know it was fixable. Also, explained how the "order" and "shipping" worked and turnaround time was fairly quick, about 3 weeks for me to send the remote, him to fix and send back. Definitely would recommend.

    No seller I have dealt with on eBay ( I've been on 25+ years) has gone to the extreme detail in all aspects of selling his product, that this guy has. Product development, shipping costs and times, and after sale support are truly top notch and unmatched. This guy ain't just trying to make a quick buck, you can tell he's put alot of thought, time and effort into this. You can tell he has a lifetime of tech in him.     Excellent seller! 5 stars. I accidentally had the wrong shipping address in my account and he sent me a shipping notification showing the wrong address. I reached out to him and he changed it to the correct address without a problem. Products as intended.
