  Time to prep the games for shipping took a long time (almost 3 weeks), and communication was poor. With that said, once the shipping carriers got a hold of the package, it arrived in less than a week. The packaging was great, the quality & look of games arrived in like-new condition, and the price was great. Everything appeared as described in listing. I will buy from again. Thank you! :)

  The product has good quality, it arrived in excellent condition, the product looks impeccable for the good price it has, given that I placed the order during holiday periods it took a little while but the seller was kind, answering all my questions, and sent my package via private courier, making shipping faster.   Bit of an unlucky set of circumstances led to the seller going radio silent for almost 3 weeks. When I was about to cancel the order the seller got back to me and explained their silence, which was fully understandable. They made up by paying for express shipping which means I got the package from Japan to US in less than 48 hrs, coincidentally still within the original arrival date. They also reassured me that they'd work on communicating, even in unfortunate circumstances. Great experience.
