  Packing was professional, items were exactly what was described in the listing. Interaction with the seller was beyond previous experience with other sellers--Ozark Outdoorz reached out quickly when I incorrectly ordered too many, refunded that amount, and shipped the package within 48 hours. This greatly helped me as I needed these for a trip. Cold MREs in my experience are better than buying them at the store. I will be buying these exclusively from this seller moving forward.

  First package, case A & B never arrived. Someone at FedEx wanted them more than me! Contacted the seller who got back to me in a reasonable time and sent out a replacement that arrived within 2 Days. Case A&B are just as described. 2025 Inspection date temp tab in good shape along with packaging in excellent condition. Would do business again in spite of the shipping hiccup.

  Incredible customer support and service, my package was “LOST” during shipping and the seller had a replacement at my door in no time. I’ve bought from them before and other sellers for the same thing and return to these guy’s because there MRE’S are fresher and the great support. Will buy from them again even for a couple of dollars more on the same thing from other sellers!

  Fast shipping, excellent customer service. Product that was shipped had oily residue in the ruck sack. I chose this seller from item pictures along with description. The condition that the items I received were in were in ok condition. I informed merchant and communication was excellent. I was able to ship back free of charge for a full refund. I recommend this seller, but it seems the items I received were not inspected before shipped. I'm sure this was looked into. I do recommend seller.
