    Great communication with the vendor. Items arrived sooner than expected. Unfortunately there was a packaging issue, but the seller was very cooperative and resolved the issue promptly. Issues are inevitable, with all online sellers, but how a seller handles those issues is extremely important. This seller recovered from an unexpected issue in a very prompt and customer friendly manner. I would be happy to buy from them again.

    Shipping was fast, no issues. Seller was very communicative so I knew exactly when to expect it. Seemed like they really cared about customer service. Packaged well and item was as described and exactly what I was hoping for. Very excited to get this lockset for this price. Can't wait to install!

    I received the dehumidifier with a few broken pieces (that I suspect occurred during shipping). I immediately contacted the seller, who promptly set up a return with free shipping. The seller then refunded the purchase price within a day or two of shipping the returned dehumidifier. I recommend this seller based on its excellent customer service alone.

    Upon delivery this was found to have manufacture's defect. Reported this to the Seller. They immediately responded to arrange for me to get the product returned. This required a slightly atypical method but they made sure to find the best way to accomplish it & got a plan in place to make it happen. I attached my return label, let them know when to trigger the UPS Pick Up & a few hours later the package was on its way back. EXCELLENT Customer Service & Communications ALL THE WAY THROUGH. Bravo!

    They sent it to me broken and then insult me by giving me partial payment of 25 and I paid 176.00 and my FLIR still broken and by the time I send it back and get my refund it will be 3 weeks never again will I buy from this company but unfairness customer service were nice but they sell broken stuff
