  This large, fragile item was expertly packed -- double boxed and padded-- arriving in one piece as it should. (It's to replace part of a treasured item of my mother's that a different, commercial shipper tossed in a box and let arrive shattered.) I would definitely recommend this seller, as the care taken to ensure its safe arrival was very evident as the box was opened. It's as described. Many thanks to the seller. I can enjoy my mother's gift, thanks to the missing part making it complete.

  The seller was great about providing excellent customer service. They shipped the item quickly. Even though the Lego set number was not correctly listed so the item received was different from what we were expecting, they responded quickly to my message and processed the refund request promptly too. Appreciated the help they provided and their kindness to fix the wrong.
