  Got in contact straight away with seller, as earrings seamed less than satisfactory compared to photos. They said no problem return which I did paid for tracking the next day. Was told by post office package was refused. Sent email they asked for tracking number to sort it out. They will now not respond to May emails. I am almost £90 out of pocket and have no idea if the seller is going to refund my money. Feel very stressed and disappointed. Need to get in touch with eBay for help on this matte

  Just as stated before, the package was refused because there's nobody in. We kept contacting with you and actively resolve the problem for you. We know service does matter, same as product quality. It's just a simple return, not a big trouble for us, so just as suggested in the message sent to you, file a return and we will follow the procedure step by step.
