  Quickly shipped (next day) and packaged well. Exactly as on the photos. However, the description should be clearer about the item's state and type. The type of device in the description was wrong. I wrote to seller to clarify it, but never received a reply, so communication could be better. The condition was "Used" and according to it, the item should be "fully operational". That's not exactly the case (the needle gets stuck at 80% of the scale). Despite that, I'm still quite satisified.

  Item came as advertised in good shape and packed nicely for shipping. It's a used item so it wasn't perfect. It was shipped to Canada from the USA so it took a while, no fault of the seller. Would not hesitate to deal with seller again.
