    Product as described in new condition. Pricing /packaging good. Shipping price ok but the carrier took longer than expected and not easy to deal with regarding any issues(fedex).

    This Time of year we can expect a weather delay or two. We ship the same day you order but we have no control over the carrier delays. all carriers have their share of mistakes but Fedex is the worst! They send you to India to waste an hour of your life and do not resolve the problem. I am really irritated by American companies send our work out of the country.
