  Absolutely amazing! Purchased my item and then contacted these guys to let them know I had a machine that was down and waiting on the part. They were able to expidite my order and have it in my hands the next day. Cut down over a week on the expected delivery. In a day and age that customer service is becoming a thing of the past!! Thank you!

  Product arrived damaged/missing the wheels. Seller responded very fast and was great with assisting the return even though I messed up during the process. Received a refund without any issues. The replacement arrived fast and was packed significantly better than the first. I would 100% recommend this seller!

  Charger arrived early and works. It was not the item pictured, but was a direct replacement for the item pictured (and a superior item). I would suggest an addendum to the description letting purchasers know they may not be getting the pictured item, but an equivalent/direct replacement. Otherwise, great experience at half the price of what i was originally quoted to replace.
