  Excellent customer experience and top-notch professional service from initial shop-browsing all the way to item final delivery! At first, I was just a tad concerned about the shipping cost, but it became okay quickly when the shop owner offered a surprise discount on the plate cost. The plates arrived ahead of schedule, and in pristine condition with original stickers. Vendor obviously took extra care in packaging and shipping.

  I have never seen anything shipped as well as these soup bowls. The rims on each bowl were wrapped with a spongy material. Then each bowl was wrapped in heavy paper. Then each bowl was wrapped in bubble wrap. Then they were placed in cardboard and secured with tape. Then they were placed in a shipping box with protective wrap all around them. Amazing. 🤩
