  I did have an initial problem with my item which I did not think was as good quality as described. However, the seller did deal with this professionally and the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. Great communication from the seller who kept me fully informed. I believe that this seller strives to give a good service and I would buy from them again.

  After early communications suggesting delivery could be delayed by forces beyond their control the item was delivered, on time and securely packaged. It is BNIB and looks just what I want - as described and will hopefully do the job I wish it to do - which is not what it is designed for - so if it doesn't work it's on me not the supplier.
