  Orlandoglam are EXCELLENT sellers! I have been a member of eBay since 2017 and they have been the absolute best in every thing! Communication is exceptional! Delivery is always quick and packaged professionally. Their products are excellent and always exactly as described. They back what they sell and go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied. I highly recommend!! I have bought products from them even if I found it a little cheaper somewhere else because they are so awesome!!

  Items are exactly as they were described. They were packed very carefully. It took a little longer than expected for them to arrive, but that was because the USPS sent them to the wrong distribution center and then to the wrong post office; it was not the seller's responsibility. The price was very good. Overall, this was a very smooth transaction. Great seller!! I look forward to doing business with you again.

  Wowza! What a great experience with this company! From the communication communications with them (because of my lack of attention to details) to the shipping speed to the packaging and the care that went into making sure everything came without incident. What a great eBayer this company is! I’m so happy I found my new biolage Seller and I will absolutely be back as soon as I need some more.   Seller made an honest mistake and sent the wrong product to begin with (both items look almost identical so it was a very easy mistake to make) but immediately upon reaching out they responded! Not only did they acknowledge the mistake and apologize, but went above and beyond to make it right!!! These days that is EVERYTHING to me!! They let me keep the incorrect item and sent the right one out immediately!! Couldn’t be happier with my experience!!!!
