  I ordered three items from this seller, and one was damaged in transit (the seller is not at fault for this). However the seller very quickly righted everything, communicating with me the entire time. The other two items were in perfect condition, arrived on time, and were exactly as described. They were very quick to fix what was wrong, and were very polite about the entire thing. I will be buying from them again in the future.

  The seller Orion Tech LLC is one of my occasional shopping sites. This purchase I had a problem, the only one so far. The books were packed well, shipped quickly and just as described. But this was not the book I ordered. I sent two photos of the book received and the ISBN code and I received a prompt refund. I bought two books the third book was free! I am still delighted being an Orion Tech Books customer and will be shopping at Orion Tech Books in the future. Thank you.

  Reasonable price for a hardcover children's book, printed on quality, thick, glossy paper. No photo of item on listing, which was a bit lazy (even if it is a low-cost one). Packaging fine, mailed the following day, and postal costs included tracking. Arrived in good time, and with only minor cosmetic damage to the cover. Greatly appreciate it when sellers take the time to treat a low-cost order with care.

  Arrived quickly, well packed, and in "acceptable" condition, as described. Anyone about to purchase an item described as being in "acceptable" should read the eBay definition of "acceptable", and to then consider that all of the defects described there could in fact apply to the item under consideration. Regardless, the condition of item I received did not warrant the price I paid. But, oh yeah, the item condition was definitely "acceptable". Cheers.
