    If this family business sells what you need, then you should deal with them - the service was fantastic in all respects. And if they don't appear to sell exactly what you want, contact them and ask. I needed something bespoke, Jim got it for me, and it arrived today, just 3 days after my correspondence with him. Don't waste your time or money, if you can help it, on the large, dehumanised, profit-centred organisations - they're awful.
