  Arrived in good condition. Packaging seemed excessive. Product worked as advertised. Price was reasonable for a hard to locate 26 year old automotive CD player. Appearance was not a consideration. Outrageously expensive for "standard" shipping to a post office box. Shipping cost was much more than the cost of the CD player itself. Almost didn't purchase the product because of the high cost of shipping but I really needed it.

  I cannot say enough about how great this seller is. Item was far better than described. Posting showed a used item with minor wear, but the item I received was in perfect brand new condition. The quality is amazing and for a great price. Looks brand new. Seller contacted me to assure I received the correct item. Zach was very helpful and Awesome~! This makes my PCM look like brand new. VERY PLEASED with the appearance. I would definitely purchase from this seller again~!

  I was relieved to find this radio/nav system to replace the original which had apparently lived out it's useful life. I am happy with the purchase. It shipped quickly and works great. In hindsight, I think I would purchase a refurb unit, not the "new" unit. Service from the seller was great. They contacted me via email to verify the replacement was the correct unit for my vehicle. They also responded promptly to every email I sent. I would purchase from them again.

  The nav unit is in excellent shape, arrived on time, and was relatively easy to install. The only issue I am having and didn’t expect is my existing SD cards are not compatible. The dealer wants almost $900 for a new SD card. That’s just stupid given they couldn’t even fix the unit for me. Seller was awesome about ensuring compatibility before shipping. They also provided a return shipping label. I definitely recommend this shop!
