    I ordered the wrong color on accident (had multiple tabs up and clicked the wrong one) and this seller immediately let me cancel- refunded me- to let me buy the one I was really interested in purchasing. Honestly, both colors probably would've been beautiful. The one that I ended up ordering was truly gorgeous and arrived quickly. Lovely pearls! Great quality and great seller!

    I ordered a pearl bracelet sized at 6-1/2". I received a bracelet that measured 5-1/2", the body, which was clearly their mistake. I notified seller saying I was returning because the bracelet was the wrong size. The seller wrote back implying that it was my error not theirs in measuring. I told seller I couldn't even close the ends of the bracelet I was sent. I have numerous bracelets and they all fit and they are all 6-1/2". The seller clearly did not use USA measuring standard.
