  Product not as described, has what appears to be a company defect, rendering the item useless and the purchase a total loss. I do not believe sale was malicious, communication with seller afterwards was quick, but with no offer of resolution. I would not purchase from this seller in the future, and I would advise extreme caution to anyone before placing that bid. Seller did asvise in response of a 30 day return window which I dont recall reflecting in sale Value = $-81.00 - Total Loss

  Hello, sorry I couldn’t meet your expectation level. I chose 30-day returns because I feel that gives the buyer and me enough time to finalize the transaction. I was informed 46 days after the delivery day that you found an adjustment buckle to be installed backwards. If this communication was initiated during the return period and sending the item back confirmed your finding: a full refund would have been issued. I hope my response helps build a better understanding of my returns process.
