It was something in the shipping. Said that it was deliver on tracking but it never showed and the seller was very accommodating in offering a refund or similar/equal to product. I think that says a lot about he/she and the way they do business and I like it! Thank you!

This is a great seller, they were very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. I re-ordered a similar item through them and would happily do more business with them in the future.
