Condition was good, While more expensive then other oils, I have always purchased Castrol for all my vehicles (including HGV, CARS, LAWN MOWERS etc), Appearance is good. A replacement was immediately despatched which arrived the next day. When purchasing anything online, a good seller is one that resolves issues quickly and without fuss.
