This guy was extremely cooperative. He told me send it back. I sent it back. Of course I had to pay for the shipping. Price was average with other suppliers, free shipping was provided. AA++ seller!!! It's a shame that the carb is all plastic and made of poor quality in China like most Briggs parts. It's good that this supplier stocks all the Briggs parts, cause you will need them to keep a Briggs motor running.

Two local dealers do not stock the Flywheel Puller part number 19203, and told the same thing “Our mechanics have their own tools”. While I am happy for their mechanics, that information is not useful for me. I want to support local stores, however the local store has to support me. It’s a two way street. AAA+.
