  Item eventually arrived, the seller was very badly let down by their chosen courier Amazon. I have to say, it wasn't until I requested a refund that I got any communication but then they were on the case and very polite. Item is what you would expect for 8 quid, it's only for a Christmas party so it was a cheap and cheerful buy.

  Full refund from seller as item never arrived, thank you to the seller, These delivery drivers the have a lot to answer for, typical said word left behind wheelie bin, at my property that is impossible, never anything goes missing with Royal Mail, Was sorted by seller with refund, will buy again if sent Royal Mail.

  I ordered the item and it never arrived so I contacted the seller for a replacement. They responded saying they'd look into it but then didn't get back to me till I got in touch again asking for a replacement. They stopped responding at that point so I opened up a case with eBay. Now they've refunded me, but I just wanted the item replaced. Would not recommend this seller.
