    The product is as described, I received my book 4 days earlier then expected. It was packaged nicely and everything was perfectly crisp. I have been told I got a good deal people were paying almost double for the same book but different year.

    Shipping was fast and Repair Manual was double wrapped and had a plastic binding on it for protection. I have never seen a Factory Manual come that way from KTM. I highly recommend you buy all your manuals from them because they go out of their way to please their customers. Louis and Jonathan l commend you for the way you treat people as truly your brothers or sisters.
