  I truly wish I could give this seller six stars. Buying extra computer memory isn't that easy anyway, and I wasn't even aware that manufacturers change the memory type half way through a production run - despite the computers all having the same model number!! He contacted me personally and talked me through how to check for the correct memory type (I'd ordered the wrong type). Brilliant! So six stars for customer service as well as a good price and quick delivery. Highly recommended.

Highly knowledgeable with regards to PCs even though it was my error in purchasing the wrong size RAM, seller was extremely accommodating and obtained a replacement for me. Even offered to delivery it to my home address which was over 30 minutes away. Very polite and courteous. Highly recommended to all! Thanks once again!
