Buying extra computer memory isn't that easy anyway, and I wasn't even aware that manufacturers change the memory type half way through a production run - despite the computers all having the same model number!! He contacted me personally and talked me through how to check for the correct memory type (I'd ordered the wrong type). Brilliant! So six stars for customer service as well as a good price and quick delivery. Highly recommended.
