  OUTSTANDING customer service! I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery by mistake and was able to contact the seller and he helped me identity the correct battery and exchanged the item. Smooth transaction. Polite staff. Product was as good as advertised and shipping was fairly quick. I would definitely purchase from them again

  Excellent vendor! Onlyguo made sure that the battery came safely wrapped in an anti-static wrap, with safety cushions and all! The battery was exactly what I needed, no need for customer service at all, and it arrived a week or two before the estimated date.   This package says it was delivered to me, but I never received the package. I tried to reorder from this seller , but he is out of stock on this item, But none of this is the sellers fault, Usps has caused this & i am also a seller as well & I know how this works , So the seller still deserves a positive e feedback for this transaction & Usps deserves a negative!!!!
