    Purchased an Icom SP-7 speaker. After a week of no shipping status change, I contacted the seller. He quickly responded with an apology. It was an obvious oversight. He sent me tracking info that day and item arrived via FedEx carrier in only 3 days. Item was just described and worked perfectly. Anyone can make a mistake. This seller was very responsive and quick to ship after teaming the mistake. A+ for product description and quick response to solve the problem.

    This is a great shop on ebay! When i purchased these items, the description explained there was some stains on it and i am a very conscious buyer, however the seller was very considerate and reasuring when i asked questions and the item showed up just as described and I love it! The shipping was very very fast and I never expected it to arrive this quickly from Japan to the U.S and the value for money was ver incredible I was shocked to see how much I got for my money!

    Couldnt have asked for more from this japanese selller. it is always fun receiving japanese ads on their packaging. they have very direct communication with you through email. i received my mangas in a waterproof bag surrounding the box, which was good.
