  The seller was very helpful and professional. They dispatched the item quickly and provided me with a tracking ref number, but a problem occurred somewhere, perhaps with the Royal Mail courier, and I never received the item. But the seller sent me a replacement immediately as soon as I informed them and dispatched it within minutes, which arrived the next day. Their service was excellent and I was impressed by how quickly they resolved the issue.

  Excellent experience with this seller. Toilet arrived smashed - mishandled by the courier. Contacted the seller and they immediately offered a replacement and dropped it off themselves a couple of days later. Really great service from these guys. Would highly recommend.
