  Item packed, shipped and received, however after payment a flashing orange message appeared stating that the item could not be shipped to California, USA. As I could find no way to cancel the transaction I attempted to purchase a similar item from another seller resulting in another flashing orange message (after payment) that the item could not be shipped to California, USA. Flummoxed, I gave up concluding that it must be a system glitch and not knowing whether I would receive either item!!
