  Unfortunately my order was lost in transit. The Seller kept in constant contact with me re the situation and immediately refunded my money once I said I didn’t want to wait any longer. I’ve ordered from this Seller before and everything has been 100% up until now so I believe him when he said my order was lost in transit. I will still use this Seller because I’ve not had any complaints in the past. Thank you John for my refund.

  Although the item arrived with damaged packaging, the seller was courteous and responsive, and promptly issued a full refund. I appreciate the effort to resolve the issue professionally.

  Item was dispatched straight away and was delivered on time and packaged very well , item was as described with no damage , I was kept informed as to when the package was sent to me (via Royal Mail ) along with details of tracking number this enabled me to check the delivery details

  Ordered 2 cans penetrating oil. Seller sent 2 tiny sachets of Koolaid. Initially though slow to respond seller offered refund. I said would prefer the items. Then he sent a message telling me to contact Royal Mail about the non delivery (obviously they were) followed up by one asking for photos of the things that weren’t delivered followed by silence. Contacted eBay who immediately arranged a refund. Good bad seller eBay excellent.

  John was very considerate and helpfull despite the fact that the Royal Mail delivered the parcel to the wrong address even though the address was very clear on the parcel. The issue was resolved by the Royal Mail who retrieved the parcel and delivered it accordingly..The item is as described and excellent for repairs and bonding all types of shoes be them leather or synthetic materials used in gym shoes which are regularly used. Recommended.
