    If you want a bidet without investing in a complete toilet, this is a great item. It has all the features you need, and it does an excellent job of cleaning and drying. This seller communicated quickly and honestly. The item is exactly as described - new in the box. The price was reasonable considering that shipping was included. Shipping was very timely, and it arrived two days before the original estimated delivery date.

    Love this Seller- they ship quickly, will combine shipping levels when you order same day, and packages arrive in just a day or two, even if you live far from their warehouse. One of my favorite Sellers- can’t wait to buy again! Also- Seller personally called me when they couldn’t find the size I needed. Amazing!

    I did not receive this item. I left several messages to eBay and the seller and they said they can't do anything because there record shows that it was deliver to the correct address. I will write a letter to eBay and see if that would help me. I did not receive this item. I looked at my neighbor's sounds as well. I did not see the item. I never received a picture of the item by door I never signed for the item. I don't know what to do. I would like a refund back for 90 dollars for the item I ne

    I’m very sorry to hear that you did not receive your item. I completely understand how frustrating this situation must be. I want to assure you that I did everything I could to help resolve the issue, including reaching out to eBay for further assistance. Unfortunately, eBay’s records confirm that the package was delivered to the correct address, which limits the options available on my end. Since the package was shipped via FedEx, I strongly recommend filing a claim using the tracking number
