Shipment required an in person photo ID signature, but the package could only be delivered while I was at work, Seller did not mention this in the shipping / product description, Seller would not assist in changing the destination address to where someone would be able to sign for it, seller wouldn't assist in changing shipping to pickup at fedex, fedex won't let the buyer make changes, it was just an absolute nightmare of a transaction.Reply from: jjrebuildersinc- Feedback replied by seller jjrebuildersinc.- Feedback replied by seller jjrebuildersinc.For security and to protect both parties, we require a signature upon delivery for all shipments, especially given the rise of scams on eBay. We had previously offered you the option to pick up your package at a nearby FedEx location, as you mentioned no one would be available to receive it. However, you declined this option. Unfortunately, once a package has shipped, FedEx does not allow changes to the delivery options. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
