    We had an amazing experience with this seller. Items shipped out quickly, and were safely packaged. Unbeknownst to the seller, the UPS units we received had some functional issues, however the seller took quick and generous action to help us resolve the situation.     Items were well packed, shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The dishes were just as described and we couldn't be happier. This completed our set by replacing some dishes that had broken over the years and was much cheaper than buying a new set. Thank you so much! Excellent experience and would definitely buy from this seller again - the pricing was more reasonable than other sellers and significantly less than Replacements.com. Thanks again!

    It looks amazing for the price it had, it was packed extremely carefully and is exactly what was described. It took a bit to ship but it arrived in time so that wasn't a problem. I'd buy again from this seller.

    The speakers worked good but I thought the condition was worst than the pictures showed. I explained it to the seller and he immediately sent me a partial refund without asking to try to make it right. This very honest seller!
