    Item was sent from Latvia and not from UK even though listing stated they ship from UK. On top of that it got sent to wrong address - looks like it happended to a few more ppl who bought from them. Had to get ebay CS to step in and get my refund. Very poor communication. Stay clear from them! Very poor service.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER I ordered the hand wash and body wash was delivered. I contacted the seller, with the reply that the exact item ordered had been delivered. On close inspection of the picture and item description, it appeared that it was in fact the picture was body wash but the item description was hand wash! ( see photo!) I then messaged them stating this and haven’t heard back from them!

    Many thanx received this bottle of baby shampoo which arrived in perfect condition with NO problems at all - again many thanx, it took a little while longer2 arrive than my other bottle did but it does depend of which courier is used by which seller! But now I’ve got it I am happy! This seller. Was brilliant by updating me all the way through which made me feel much better! A Gr8 seller:- A1 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    Unfortunately item was delivered to the wrong address by Fedx - it was tracked, but not retrievable! A refund was quickly issued..........so, no complaints against seller - everything up to that point was fine!

    Never received my item, sent to a different location & 100% not my house (I have a ring doorbell) nothing was delivered. Offered to send photos courier sent me as to where they'd apparently delivered it. Seller asked if I wanted a replacement, said yes. Waited, nothing arrived. Messaged to say I'd have a refund since I'd not received a replacement. No further communication from seller. Ended up contacting ebay to get a refund. Never had to do this before ☹️
