  ONE 2 mini was very responsive to my messages, even before I had placed the order. Got the hat dropped off at FedEx the day after I ordered, and it arrived very quickly. Excellent customer service. Hat is excellent and fits exactly true to size. Was brand new with tags, as stated. Looks great, and as an inexpensive first western hat, I’m looking forward to reshaping to achieve my exact style. Would definitely buy from this seller again, if I have an opportunity.

  Stetson Skyline 6X: Quality customer service and communication. My hat arrived from the USA to the UK in excellent condition double boxed (original Stetson box) in less than 2 weeks. Unboxing my Stetson for the first time was an experience the appearance and feel of a quality well made hat. The hat fitted perfectly to the measurement guide which was a little worry when ordering online but it was just right. Overall excellent value for the price definitely buy from this seller.
