  Item still hasn’t arrived after apparently being posted over 2 weeks ago and then apparently reposted first class over a week ago. Seller now not responding. Awful service and would avoid at all costs.

  Wow! This is an interesting read and also false! I sent the bracelet out twice and for some reason it didn't arrive. A refund of £5 has now been issued. We believe our service was great however we do apologise for not answering the multitude of messages we continued to receive sometimes late into the night. I believe you now have 2 bracelets and we will be contacting Ebay regarding this.

  After saying they would dispatch the item the same day, took a while to send, they then sent the item with the wrong wording, said they would resend but still not received, and no longer answering my messages. Could not give as a Christmas present so very disappointed!

  Hey Juicy Lucy! We created the keychains using the information you provided us. You then said the text was wrong and asked us to redo them again at our expense. We said several times that this would be hard for us as we were closing the shop for Christmas and had family commitments. You continued to message me over the Christmas period in which you are correct I refused to answer as I was spending time with my family. I hope you had a great Christmas!

  Seller lied continuously about sending, wouldn’t provide proof of postage after asking 5 times kept ignoring the question and just continued to lie! Saying they’d send another lot out (the actual lot they meant clearly )Disgusting behaviour was happy to waste my time and thought it was funny to send :) on the end of the message about wasting my time .RUDE person AVOID

  The item was sent on time using the postage service that the buyer selected. It was non tracked. The buyer asked 3 times for tracking. I told the buyer 3 times there was none due to the service they selected. It was 2 days over the ETA so I said I would send a replacement. They opened a case. Then said I was RUDE & a LIAR. I do sign all my messages with a :) because I'm a positive person. As you loved them so much watch out! Here comes another :)
