  The relay was very good condition as stated however it did not fit my bike the pinout configurations were wrong on the item I received but correct in the ad somewhere there was a mix-up however they were gracious to accept the return very good to work with the quality was outstanding for what it is it was a good Value. The return was very easy as well they provided a label I put it back in a box that I had and shipped it back

  Post was good, did receive a text ( that was a scam) telling me it was addressed wrong and wanted me to give my details to change them, packaging was very Good, description Perfect, happy with what I paid, over all, Very Happy with my Book, I rate this Seller very Highly.

  Received exactly what I ordered. Packaged so it arrived undamaged. Shipped in a timely manner. Was expensive, but no more so than a brand new one from a dealership for recent models. Well worth the cost as it was a true factory manual.
