  Title: Avoid at all costs! Defective product Review: I purchased this dictation device, and it arrived with a defective cable and a loose connection – completely useless! There is absolutely NO quality control here. This seller is unreliable and untrustworthy. I will NEVER buy from them again and STRONGLY WARN everyone to stay away. Do NOT waste your money here!

  Immediately hit the Negative button, buyer made no effort to contact us or allow us to correct the problem. We would have started the ebay return process and not only returned their money, but would have helped to provide another one as well. Although I'm very sorry this happened a notification was warranted instead of this. As of this date I still have no communication to resolve this.
