    The item was securely wrapped and delivered on time. This is a vintage piece of audio equipment and upon arrival did not work as described. The seller quickly and graciously offered a prepaid shipping return label so I was able to return the product at no cost to me. They quickly refunded the purchase price.

    This item ending up being damaged during shipping. I reached out to the seller immediately and he quickly gave me options to remedy the situation. Communication was above expectation and service was impressive! Even with the item coming damaged, I would gladly buy something else from this seller because of the service behind the transaction
